Who you are

You have 3-5 years of experience in a business planning or related role, with a strong emphasis on quantitative skills. Your analytical mindset allows you to synthesize large data sets into meaningful insights that drive product development and revenue optimization decisions. You are a critical thinker who thrives in ambiguous situations and are comfortable rolling up your sleeves to get the job done. Your business acumen enables you to communicate key data and findings effectively to various audiences, including business unit executives.

You are skilled at creating dashboards that support self-service insights for new business initiatives and features. Your experience includes conducting in-depth business performance analysis and diving deep into value drivers to identify improvement areas and opportunities. You partner closely with product teams to define success criteria for new product features and measure their performance against those criteria.

What you'll do

In this role, you will provide comprehensive analytic support across OfferUp's product and business teams, as well as other ad hoc projects as assigned. You will conduct in-depth analyses of business performance, identifying key value drivers and areas for improvement. Your work will involve measuring and analyzing experiments to inform product strategy and decision-making.

You will collaborate with product teams to define success criteria for new features and assess their performance against these benchmarks. Your ability to communicate findings clearly will be crucial as you present key data to executives and stakeholders. You will also create dashboards that facilitate self-service insights for new initiatives, ensuring that data-driven decision-making is at the forefront of product development.
