Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales management, ideally within the adtech or technology sectors. Your experience includes developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth and foster long-term partnerships. You are adept at identifying business opportunities and have a strong understanding of the local market dynamics in Australia and New Zealand.

You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build relationships with key stakeholders and clients. Your ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product, is essential for success in this role. You are results-driven and thrive in a fast-paced environment, always looking for ways to improve processes and outcomes.

What you'll do

As a Sales Manager at Ogury, you will report directly to the Sales Director for the ANZ region. Your primary responsibility will be to drive the sales strategy and secure local revenue by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. You will work closely with the marketing team to align sales initiatives with broader company goals and ensure that you are effectively reaching target audiences.

You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-term partnerships with key players in the market. This includes conducting market research to understand customer needs and preferences, as well as analyzing competitive offerings to position Ogury effectively. You will also lead sales presentations and negotiations, ensuring that you communicate the value of Ogury's Personified Advertising solutions clearly and effectively.

In this hybrid role, you will be expected to work from the Sydney office at least two days a week, collaborating with your team to share insights and strategies. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of sales training programs and resources to enhance the skills of your team members.
