You are adept at identifying and implementing process improvements that enhance the efficiency of collections and customer service across global operations.

You possess strong analytical skills, allowing you to monitor outstanding receivables and implement effective collection strategies. Your negotiation skills are top-notch, enabling you to pursue past-due invoices and arrange payment plans while resolving customer disputes with a focus on maintaining positive relationships. You understand the importance of managing high-risk accounts and are skilled at establishing team goals and monitoring performance against credit and collections targets in a global environment.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead and develop the credit and collections team, ensuring that all global regions are effectively managed in terms of cash collection and account management. You will collaborate with various internal stakeholders to review strategic accounts quarterly, focusing on financial implications and enhancing overall efficiency. Your responsibilities will include monitoring outstanding receivables, implementing collection strategies, and pursuing past-due invoices while negotiating payment arrangements.

You will also be responsible for resolving customer disputes, demonstrating Okta's commitment to customer satisfaction. Managing service suspension for non-payment and processing accounts receivable refunds will be part of your daily tasks. You will identify and manage high-risk accounts, establishing team goals and monitoring performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) in a global context. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the collections team.
