You have a strong background in digital marketing and personalization strategies, with at least 5 years of experience in managing growth initiatives. Your expertise in A/B testing and audience segmentation allows you to create tailored user experiences that drive engagement and conversion. You are familiar with AI-driven tools and have a passion for leveraging data to inform decision-making. You thrive in collaborative environments, working cross-functionally to achieve shared goals and enhance user journeys.
Desirable
Experience with Adobe Target or similar personalization platforms is a plus. Familiarity with web analytics tools and a solid understanding of user behavior will help you excel in this role. As the Digital Growth & Personalization Manager, you will design and manage a quarterly roadmap focused on high-impact personalization workstreams. You will lead the transition from traditional A/B testing to more sophisticated automated personalization strategies, ensuring that our web presence evolves to meet user needs effectively. You will implement and oversee automated experimentation workflows using Adobe Targetβs AI/ML capabilities, dynamically serving the highest-performing experiences to specific users at scale.
