Tanium is seeking a Digital Advertising Manager, Paid Search to lead and scale their paid search and video programs across Google and Microsoft. Who you are

You are a data-driven, strategic Digital Advertising Manager with a strong background in paid search and video advertising. You have a knack for defining strategies and managing budgets effectively, ensuring that every dollar spent contributes to measurable results. Your analytical skills are complemented by creative instincts, allowing you to drive brand awareness and boost conversions seamlessly.

With experience in leading end-to-end digital advertising campaigns, you understand the intricacies of Google and Microsoft platforms. You are adept at creating structured testing roadmaps that enhance ad performance, and you thrive on analyzing user journeys to continuously improve conversion rates. Your ability to create dashboards and reporting cadences ensures transparent communication of campaign performance across teams.

Desirable

You have a proven track record of collaborating with creative teams to produce engaging video content that resonates with target audiences. Your experience in implementing rigorous measurement practices, including GA4 configurations and conversion event tracking, sets you apart as a leader in digital advertising.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the strategy and execution of global paid search and video campaigns, focusing on maximizing performance across Google and Microsoft. You will create structured testing roadmaps that cover ad groups, keyword match types, and bid strategies, ensuring that every campaign is optimized for success. Analyzing user journey metrics will be a key part of your responsibilities, as you work to improve conversion rates from search queries to completed forms.

You will also be responsible for creating dashboards that provide insights into campaign performance, enabling your team to make informed decisions. Your collaboration with creative teams will ensure that video content is not only engaging but also refreshed regularly to maintain audience interest. You will partner with other digital advertisers to ensure a cohesive approach to all advertising efforts, driving brand awareness and unlocking revenue opportunities.
