What you'll do
In this role, you will spearhead Workforce Strategy & Operations for Okta Research and Development. You will partner closely with senior R&D leadership to design a workforce vision that scales with the company's technical ambitions. Your responsibilities will include owning the operational ecosystem in collaboration with Finance and Recruiting, building frameworks necessary for achieving hiring targets and managing attrition proactively.
You will be responsible for identifying operational gaps and driving improvements that enhance the efficiency of the R&D organization. Your strategic insights will help shape the workforce strategy, ensuring that it aligns with Okta's growth objectives. You will also play a critical role in fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
