What you'll do

As a Staff Site Reliability Engineer at Okta, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and availability of our Core IDaaS platform. You will advocate for reliability best practices and guide the team in implementing solutions that enhance system performance and security. Your role will involve designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, monitoring systems, and incident management processes to ensure our services are always available and secure. You will collaborate closely with development teams to integrate reliability into the software development lifecycle, providing insights and recommendations based on your expertise.

You will also participate in capacity planning and performance tuning, ensuring that our infrastructure can scale effectively to meet customer demands. Your contributions will directly impact the user experience, as you work to maintain the high standards of reliability that Okta is known for.
