What you'll do

As a Senior Software Engineer on the Core Resilience team, you will be responsible for building and evolving the shared infrastructure that supports Okta's identity solutions. You will work on common services such as search, caching, and configuration management, ensuring they are reliable and scalable. Your role will involve collaborating with other engineering teams to understand their needs and provide the necessary infrastructure to support their applications.

You will design and implement microservices that enhance the performance and resilience of the Okta Identity Cloud. Your work will directly impact the user experience, as you will be responsible for ensuring that the services you build are always available and performant. You will also participate in code reviews and provide mentorship to junior engineers, helping them grow in their careers.
