You have a strong background in solutions engineering, with experience engaging customers at various stages of their development lifecycle. Your ability to connect with clients through presentations, emails, and social media sets you apart. You empathize with customers and can quickly discern their technical needs by asking detailed questions and presenting tailored solutions.

You possess a unique combination of technical savviness and business insight, allowing you to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences, including developers, product managers, and C-level executives. Your passion for learning and adapting to new technologies drives your success in this role.

What you'll do

As a Senior Solutions Engineer at Okta, you will be responsible for building compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations that showcase the value of our cloud security technology. You will work closely with Fortune 500 clients, advising them on best practices for implementing identity solutions. Your role will involve collaborating with sales teams to understand customer requirements and tailor solutions that meet their needs.

You will also engage in educating customers about the Okta Platform and Auth0 Platform, ensuring they understand how to leverage these tools for secure access and authentication. Your ability to communicate effectively and build relationships will be key to driving customer satisfaction and success.
