You are an experienced Account Manager or Account Executive with a proven track record in building long-term relationships and driving account growth. You understand the importance of customer success and are proactive in addressing client needs to ensure satisfaction and retention. You possess strong communication skills, allowing you to effectively engage with clients and internal teams. Your ability to analyze customer feedback and market trends enables you to identify opportunities for account expansion and improvement. You are detail-oriented and organized, ensuring that all client interactions are managed efficiently and effectively.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own a book of Oktopost customers, focusing on building long-term value-based relationships that lead to commercial revenue expansion. You will collaborate closely with the Account Management Team Lead for North America to develop strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and drive account growth. Your responsibilities will include regular check-ins with clients, understanding their needs, and providing solutions that align with their business goals.
You will also work with cross-functional teams to ensure that clients receive the best possible service and support. This includes coordinating with marketing, product, and technical teams to address client inquiries and implement solutions. Your role will be pivotal in identifying upsell opportunities and ensuring that clients are aware of the full range of Oktopost's offerings.
