What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for driving the execution of cross-functional initiatives that intersect Compliance, Product, and Engineering. You will report to the Compliance PMO Lead and take ownership of project delivery from intake through implementation. Your focus will be on Agile execution, ensuring that all regulatory and product-driven initiatives are delivered on time and within scope. You will coordinate with various stakeholders, manage dependencies, and maintain delivery plans to ensure successful project outcomes. Your role will require you to facilitate communication between teams, track progress, and address any challenges that arise during the project lifecycle. You will also be involved in continuous improvement efforts, identifying opportunities to enhance processes and increase efficiency within the compliance framework.
