Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in client management, ideally with experience in high-value markets. Your ability to cultivate and strengthen relationships with clients through consistent communication and rapport-building efforts sets you apart. You understand the importance of analyzing client behavior to identify unspoken needs and prepare key customer analysis reports. You are proactive in developing and implementing customer service processes and systems, ensuring that management rules and monitoring of key customer status are in place. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with stakeholders across various departments to enhance the overall client experience.
Desirable
Experience in the crypto or financial services industry is a plus, as is familiarity with decentralized applications (dApps). You are comfortable using data analytics tools to derive insights from client interactions and improve service delivery. A background in sales or business development can also be beneficial in understanding client needs and driving engagement.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage relationships with VIP clients in the local market, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support. You will be responsible for cultivating and strengthening these relationships through consistent communication and personalized engagement strategies.
