Who you are

You have a strong background in client relationship management, ideally with experience in the crypto or financial sectors. Your ability to communicate effectively with high-value clients is paramount, ensuring they receive timely follow-ups and clear explanations. You possess sound judgment and ownership, which allows you to navigate complex client needs while maintaining operational stability. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working cross-functionally to enhance the VIP experience. Your attention to detail and proactive approach enable you to anticipate client needs and address them efficiently. You understand the importance of building trust and rapport with clients, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout their journey with OKX.

What you'll do

As the VIP Relationship Manager, you will act as the primary point of contact for VIP and high-value users in Turkey. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing daily communications with these clients, ensuring that their inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively. You will coordinate with various internal teams to facilitate a seamless experience for VIP clients, addressing any operational tasks that arise. Your role will involve understanding the unique needs of each client and tailoring your approach to meet those needs, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. You will also be responsible for monitoring client feedback and implementing improvements based on their suggestions. Your ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a focus on client satisfaction will be crucial to your success in this role.
