Who you are

You have over 3 years of commercial experience in Project Management, ideally within a Public Cloud or Data Services organization. Your expertise includes planning, scheduling, estimating, organizing, directing, and controlling multiple technical projects simultaneously. You possess strong contract negotiation skills and are adept at turning market trends into compelling commercial opportunities. Your ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities is a key strength, and you have excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing.

You have a strong understanding of technical, cost, and risk implementation of potential solutions. Your experience includes coordinating offshore teams and working in onsite-offshore environments. You are committed to developing professional services expertise within your team and organization, ensuring that your team meets its targets and contributes to a sustainable, profitable model.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage a team of Implementation Consultants and Project Managers, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. You will assist the sales teams in the consultative sales process, elevating the sales pitch with your relevant expertise and helping to respond to opportunities such as RFPs. You will be responsible for developing and managing a sustainable model for your team, setting targets, and ensuring that these are met.

You will keep informed of new and existing market trends, evaluating them to turn them into practical commercial opportunities. Your role will involve liaising with APJ teams to define solution requirements and implement new go-to-market plans for Data Services. You will provide regular one-on-ones and quarterly performance reviews for individual team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
