You have a strong background in strategy and operations, ideally with experience in the Northeast Asian market. You understand the nuances of local business practices and can navigate cross-functional teams to execute effective business strategies. Your analytical skills allow you to identify growth opportunities by researching competitors and understanding affiliate needs. You are comfortable writing business request documents and communicating with various stakeholders to align on growth initiatives. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are driven by results, always looking for ways to optimize operational performance.
Desirable
Experience in the crypto or fintech industry is a plus, as is familiarity with decentralized applications (dApps). You have a knack for data analysis and can leverage insights to inform your strategies. A background in marketing or business development would enhance your ability to drive growth activities effectively.
