You are skilled in coaching managers on how to inspire and motivate their teams, fostering a positive workplace culture. You understand the importance of aligning people strategies with business goals and are adept at navigating complex organizational dynamics. You are a proactive problem solver, always looking for ways to improve processes and enhance employee engagement.

Desirable

Experience in the crypto or fintech industry is a plus, as is familiarity with decentralized applications (dApps). You may also have a background in organizational development or change management, which would further enhance your ability to contribute to OKX's mission.

What you'll do

As an HR Business Partner at OKX, you will collaborate closely with leaders in the Product and Engineering teams to develop and implement people strategies that support business objectives. You will provide guidance on talent management, performance management, and employee development initiatives. Your role will involve analyzing workforce trends and metrics to inform decision-making and drive organizational effectiveness. You will partner with HR Centers of Excellence to create solutions that address immediate operational needs while aligning with long-term strategic goals. You will also play a key role in fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace, ensuring that all employees feel valued and supported. Regularly, you will engage with employees to gather feedback and insights, using this information to enhance the employee experience at OKX.
