Who you are

You have extensive experience in human resources, particularly in a leadership capacity, where you've successfully guided organizations through policy implementation and employee engagement initiatives. Your background includes developing programs that enhance the employee experience, focusing on talent growth and development. You are skilled in coaching and training managers to effectively communicate and interact with their teams, ensuring that all interactions are ethical and legally compliant. You understand the importance of fostering a positive working environment and have a track record of devising strategies that promote a healthy workplace culture. Your expertise extends to overseeing employee handbooks and culture playbooks, ensuring that they align with company values and objectives.

Desirable

Experience in the crypto or tech industry is a plus, as is familiarity with the unique challenges and opportunities that come with a rapidly evolving market. You are adept at navigating complex organizational structures and have a strong understanding of the legal and ethical considerations in HR practices. Your ability to build relationships across various levels of the organization is crucial, as is your commitment to upholding the company's core principles.

What you'll do
