Your experience in training and development will help you support the growth of employees at Lindblad Expeditions.

What you'll do

As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in supporting the shoreside and land teams at Lindblad Expeditions. You will focus on talent acquisition, ensuring that the company attracts and retains top talent. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and providing guidance throughout the recruitment process.

You will also be involved in employee engagement initiatives, working to create a positive and inclusive workplace culture. This includes developing training programs and resources to support employee development and career growth. You will partner with the HR Director and HR Manager to drive people initiatives that align with the company's strategic goals.

In addition, you will provide support to managers, helping them navigate employee relations issues and fostering a supportive environment for their teams. Your role will require you to stay informed about HR best practices and trends, ensuring that Lindblad Expeditions remains a leader in the expedition travel industry.
