What you'll do

As the Deputy General Counsel for Global Employment, you will oversee all employment law matters for OKX worldwide. You will work closely with the U.S. Legal team and senior business leaders to develop and scale the company's global employment legal infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include providing strategic legal advice on employment issues, managing compliance with labor laws, and leading initiatives to mitigate legal risks. You will also be responsible for mentoring and guiding a team of employment attorneys, fostering their professional development while ensuring that the legal team meets the needs of a fast-growing international business.
