What you'll do

As the Deputy General Counsel for Global Employment, you will serve as the senior leader for employment law worldwide, reporting directly to the Chief Legal Officer. You will collaborate closely with the U.S. Legal team and senior business leaders, particularly in HR, Finance, and Recruiting, to provide strategic counsel on all employment-related matters. Your role will involve developing and scaling OKX's global employment legal infrastructure, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations while supporting a fast-growing international business. You will lead initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture and address legal challenges proactively.
