You have a strong background in operations management, ideally within the tech or crypto industry. Your experience includes overseeing support operations and ensuring high levels of user satisfaction. You are proactive and capable of navigating complex operational environments, making you a key player in reducing operational friction. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will be collaborating with multiple teams to resolve issues efficiently. Desirable

What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for strengthening day-to-day support operations at OKX TΓΌrkiye. You will work closely with the Customer Support, Product, Institution, VIP, and Growth teams to ensure fast, accurate, and seamless issue resolution. Your focus will be on improving user satisfaction and supporting the overall growth of high-value customer segments. You will analyze operational processes and identify areas for improvement, implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be key, as you will need to communicate user feedback and operational challenges to ensure alignment across departments. You will also play a role in training and mentoring team members to foster a culture of excellence in customer support.
