You are proficient in design tools such as Figma, and you have experience working in agile environments, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including product managers and engineers. You are passionate about the crypto industry and understand the unique challenges and opportunities it presents for user experience design. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable iterating on designs based on user feedback and testing. You are a strong communicator, able to articulate your design decisions and rationale to stakeholders at all levels.

What you'll do

As a Senior Product Designer at OKX, you will be a pivotal force in shaping the user experience for our CeFi products. You will collaborate with product managers and engineers to define the design vision and ensure that user needs are at the forefront of our product development process. Your responsibilities will include conducting user research to gather insights, creating wireframes and prototypes, and iterating on designs based on user testing and feedback. You will also be involved in defining design standards and guidelines to ensure consistency across our products. You will have the opportunity to lead design projects from concept to implementation, working closely with development teams to ensure that your designs are executed effectively.
