You have 5+ years of experience in product design, particularly in the fintech or crypto space — your portfolio showcases your ability to create user-centered designs that enhance user experiences. You are proficient in design tools such as Figma, enabling you to craft high-fidelity prototypes and design systems that resonate with users. You understand the nuances of decentralized applications (dApps) and are passionate about the potential of Web3 technologies. Your collaborative spirit allows you to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineers, to bring innovative ideas to life. You are detail-oriented and have a strong understanding of user research methodologies, which you leverage to inform your design decisions. Desirable

Experience with blockchain technology or crypto products is a plus, as it will help you better understand the unique challenges and opportunities in this space. What you'll do

In this role, you will own the design process for OKX's Web3 Wallet products, from ideation to execution. You will collaborate closely with product managers to define product requirements and ensure that user needs are met. Your responsibilities will include creating wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts. You will conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights that will inform your design decisions and help refine the user experience. You will work with engineers to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and efficiently, providing guidance and support throughout the development process. Additionally, you will contribute to the design system, ensuring consistency across all products and enhancing the overall user experience. Your work will directly impact millions of users, making it essential to create intuitive and engaging designs that facilitate seamless interactions with crypto applications.
