You are passionate about the crypto industry and stay updated on the latest developments in Web3 — your insights into user behavior and market trends help you influence product strategies positively. Experience in leading marketing efforts for crypto products is a plus — you have a track record of developing effective marketing strategies that resonate with target audiences. Familiarity with decentralized applications (dApps) and their integration into existing platforms will set you apart.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage and explore CEX-related DeFi projects, planning innovative integrations between Onchain Earn, Loan/Borrow, and other DeFi products with CeFi. You will lead marketing efforts for CEX DeFi-related products, collaborating with business development teams, local market managers, and other teams for effective execution. Your role will involve gathering user insights and identifying the latest trends and hotspots in the crypto/Web3 industry to positively influence the product roadmap.

You will provide strategic guidance and recommendations to business units, leveraging data-driven insights to support growth and product optimization. Working efficiently with the Listing BD team and other Web3 business teams, you will develop effective growth strategies that align with the company's vision. Your analytical skills will be crucial as you analyze data and customer feedback to refine product offerings and enhance user experiences.
