Who you are
You have extensive experience in compliance within the financial or technology sectors, ideally with a focus on cryptocurrency or blockchain technologies. Your background includes developing compliance frameworks and strategies that align with business objectives while ensuring regulatory adherence. You stay updated with the latest regulatory changes and industry trends, allowing you to anticipate compliance requirements and potential risks effectively. You possess strong analytical skills, enabling you to monitor compliance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of compliance initiatives. Your collaborative nature allows you to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including product development, legal, operations, and quality assurance, integrating compliance considerations into product planning and development processes.
Desirable
Experience in a leadership role within compliance, particularly in the crypto or fintech space, is a plus. Familiarity with regulatory frameworks applicable to cryptocurrency exchanges and decentralized applications will set you apart.
