Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in DevOps or related fields, with a strong background in managing cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. Your expertise in AWS and Linux systems has equipped you to handle complex environments and ensure high availability and performance. You are proficient in infrastructure as code, particularly with tools like Terraform, and have experience with GitOps practices to streamline deployment processes.

You possess a solid understanding of observability tools, especially Prometheus, which you have used to monitor and optimize system performance. Your collaborative nature allows you to work effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring that infrastructure aligns with development and operational needs. You are committed to driving automation and compliance, and you thrive in environments that challenge your technical skills.

Desirable

Experience with container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes is a plus, as is familiarity with site reliability engineering principles. You may also have knowledge of database reliability practices and tools that enhance system resilience. What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the design and implementation of advanced infrastructure for Olo's rapidly growing platform. You will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of EKS and EC2 instances, ensuring that our cloud infrastructure is optimized for performance and cost. Your work will involve setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines that facilitate seamless deployments and updates across multiple AWS accounts.

You will collaborate closely with the Platform Engineering Group, contributing to the development of shared tooling and data services that enhance the overall efficiency of our operations. Your expertise will guide the team in adopting best practices for multi-account governance and compliance, ensuring that our infrastructure meets industry standards.

As part of your responsibilities, you will also focus on driving automation initiatives that reduce manual intervention and improve system reliability. You will leverage your skills in Terraform to implement infrastructure as code, enabling rapid provisioning and scaling of resources. Your contributions will directly impact the quality of our digital ordering, payment, and guest engagement solutions, helping brands deliver exceptional guest experiences.
