What you'll do
In this foundational role, you will be the first senior technical customer hire in the London office, responsible for overseeing Omnea's most complex customer-side technical work. You will act as a senior technical authority across the business, guiding the team in how to support and scale enterprise customers effectively. Your role will involve collaborating closely with customers to understand their needs and challenges, and translating those insights into actionable solutions. You will work at the intersection of customers, product, and engineering, ensuring that the solutions provided align with both customer expectations and product capabilities. You will also play a key role in establishing best practices for customer support and engagement, helping to build a strong foundation for future growth.
