Who you are
You are an experienced Advanced Practice Provider with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a clinical setting, ideally within urology. You hold the necessary board certifications as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant and are committed to maintaining your Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support certifications. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are dedicated to providing patient-centered care, ensuring continuity for hospitalized patients while working closely with physicians.
Your background includes experience as a registered nurse or Advanced Practice Provider in urology, which has equipped you with the skills to support both outpatient and inpatient care effectively. You understand the importance of building strong relationships with patients and colleagues, and you are passionate about delivering high-quality healthcare in a private practice setting.
What you'll do
In this role, you will support the urology team at SunState Medical Specialists, providing coordinated care for patients in both outpatient and inpatient settings. You will assist with inpatient rounding, ensuring that hospitalized patients receive the continuity of care they need. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with physicians to develop and implement treatment plans, conducting patient assessments, and providing education to patients and their families about their conditions and treatment options.
You will play a vital role in a collaborative private practice environment, where your clinical judgment and efficiency will be valued.
