You are a board-certified or board-eligible physician with an MD or DO degree, possessing a strong background in providing direct patient care and conducting research. Your experience in Hematology/Oncology equips you with the necessary skills to lead a Drug Development Unit effectively. You are committed to clinical excellence and compassionate support, understanding the challenges faced by cancer patients. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to contribute to a physician-led, data-driven, and patient-centric model of care.
What you'll do
As the Director of the Drug Development Unit, you will oversee clinical and research responsibilities, ensuring high-quality cancer care and access to clinical trials for patients.
