Who you are

You are an experienced Advanced Practice Provider, either a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, with a focus on hematology and oncology. You value compassionate care and teamwork, and you are eager to make a meaningful impact on patients' treatment journeys. You are comfortable traveling between clinic locations and collaborating closely with physicians and clinical teams to ensure continuity of care.

You have a strong commitment to providing high-quality outpatient cancer care and are motivated by the opportunity for professional growth within a mission-driven organization. You may be an experienced APP or a new graduate looking to start your career in a supportive environment.

What you'll do

In this role, you will support the hematology and oncology services at Tennessee Oncology, working primarily in the Chattanooga, TN, and Ringgold, GA locations. You will collaborate with physicians and clinical teams to deliver exceptional outpatient care to cancer patients. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient needs, developing treatment plans, and ensuring continuity of care across the two clinics. You will also have the opportunity to participate in cutting-edge research and multi-center trials, enhancing the patient experience through coordinated care.

You will be part of a dynamic team that values collaboration and strives to provide the best possible outcomes for patients. Your role will involve regular travel between the two clinic locations, allowing you to engage with a diverse patient population and contribute to their treatment journeys.
