Who you are

You are an experienced Advanced Practice Provider with 1-2+ years of experience in a clinical setting, ideally within urology. Your background as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant has equipped you with the skills necessary to assess, diagnose, and manage a wide range of urological conditions. You are fluent in spoken Spanish, which allows you to communicate effectively with a diverse patient population. You are compassionate and committed to delivering exceptional patient experiences, reflecting the values of the organization.

You have a strong clinical background and are comfortable working independently when appropriate. Your experience as an RN or APP in urology has provided you with the knowledge to handle various urological disorders, including urinary disorders, kidney stones, and prostate issues. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to work alongside board-certified urologists to provide patient-centered care.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for assessing and diagnosing patients with urological conditions. You will utilize advanced diagnostic tools and evidence-based treatment modalities to manage a wide range of urological issues. Your responsibilities will include conducting patient evaluations, developing treatment plans, and ensuring continuity of care in both outpatient and inpatient settings. You will work closely with the clinical team to foster communication and data sharing, contributing to clinical excellence across the network.

You will be an integral member of the urology group, collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care. Your role will involve educating patients about their conditions and treatment options, ensuring they are informed and comfortable with their care plans. You will also participate in clinical trials and contribute to the ongoing development of best practices within the organization.
