What you'll do

As a Forward Deployed Engineer at OpenAI, you will lead the technical delivery of machine learning models from prototype to stable production. Your role involves scoping work, sequencing delivery, and removing blockers to ensure timely project completion. You will embed closely with customer teams, understanding their workflows and guiding them in adopting the solutions you build.

You will measure success through production adoption and the impact of your work on customer workflows. This includes gathering feedback to inform product and model roadmaps, ensuring that the solutions you provide are continuously improved based on real-world usage. You will also contribute directly to the codebase when necessary, ensuring clarity and progress in the development process.
