You have experience working with engineering teams and are passionate about enhancing developer productivity through innovative solutions. Your ability to partner with technical leaders and hands-on builders allows you to design, validate, and scale advanced AI workflows effectively.

You have a proven track record of embedding deeply with customers to enable their engineering teams and build efficient coding workflows. Your expertise in AI tools, particularly OpenAI Codex, positions you as a primary technical subject matter expert for a portfolio of customers. You thrive in cross-functional environments, collaborating with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Applied Engineering teams to advocate for customer needs and shape product direction.

Desirable

Experience with customer-facing roles and a strong understanding of software development lifecycles are highly desirable. Familiarity with various coding languages and frameworks will enhance your ability to guide customers effectively. A background in technical architecture and product strategy will also be beneficial in this role.

What you'll do

In this role, you will serve as the primary technical subject matter expert on OpenAI Codex for a portfolio of customers. You will partner directly with customers to design and implement AI-enhanced development workflows, ensuring they successfully integrate Codex into their projects. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with engineering teams to prototype and build demos, integrations, and automations that customers will adopt.

You will work closely with various teams within OpenAI, including Sales and Product, to advocate for customer needs and influence product direction. Your role will require you to stay updated on the latest advancements in AI technology and coding tools, allowing you to provide informed guidance to customers. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving any technical challenges that arise during the deployment of AI systems.
