Who you are
You have a strong background in technical integration and customer advisory, with experience in guiding organizations through the deployment and adoption of AI technologies. Your ability to map workflows and lead configuration efforts is complemented by your understanding of how to deliver value through innovative use cases. You excel in a collaborative environment, working closely with sales, product, and research teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. You are adept at identifying new opportunities for customers and driving their success with AI solutions.
What you'll do
As an AI Success Engineer, you will be the primary post-sales contact for OpenAI's most important customers, responsible for ensuring their success with the platform. You will guide customers through the technical readiness process, helping them to adopt AI solutions effectively. Your role will involve mapping workflows, leading deployment plans, and identifying high-impact use cases that showcase the value of OpenAI's offerings. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that customer experiences are connected and successful across all touchpoints, ultimately driving account health and adoption.
