You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to draft and review Statements of Work (SOWs) and coordinate with legal and finance teams effectively. Your attention to detail ensures that supplier engagements align with category strategies and commercial guardrails. You are proactive in surfacing risks early and ensuring that deals move quickly through the sourcing process.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own and execute end-to-end sourcing activities for Human Data and Research Services suppliers. You will support new supplier onboarding, renewals, amendments, and scoped expansions in partnership with senior sourcing leadership. Your responsibilities will include drafting, reviewing, and operationalizing SOWs, pricing exhibits, and commercial terms. You will act as a primary operator across procurement and contracting tools, ensuring operational excellence in sourcing execution.

You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to ensure that sourcing workflows are efficient and compliant with internal policies. Your role will require you to manage sourcing activities effectively, ensuring that all engagements are executed cleanly and that data is maintained accurately. You will be instrumental in driving operational excellence across the category, supporting the overall mission of OpenAI to improve its models through high-quality human-generated inputs.
