What you'll do

As a Data Scientist on the User Operations team, you will design and implement metrics and classifiers that determine automation eligibility and effectiveness. You will build data pipelines that ensure the quality and reliability of operational data, collaborating closely with Support Automation Engineering and Product teams. Your role will involve evaluating the impact of AI systems on user interactions through rigorous experimentation, allowing you to provide actionable insights that shape the future of AI-assisted operations at OpenAI.

You will be responsible for developing frameworks that measure the effectiveness of automation and human intervention, ensuring that both work seamlessly together to enhance user experience.
