You have a strong background in engineering with a focus on deploying AI systems in regulated environments — your experience includes working closely with customers in the life sciences sector, translating complex data and operational constraints into effective production solutions. You possess a solid understanding of machine learning principles and have hands-on experience with data analysis, which allows you to measure the impact of your deployments effectively.

Your ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders is exceptional — you thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with experts in scientific domains. You are detail-oriented and understand the importance of compliance and audit trails in regulated contexts, ensuring that your deployments meet all necessary standards.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the deployment of OpenAI's models within life sciences organizations, focusing on drug discovery and development processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Research, and Security, to ensure that deployments are successful and meet customer needs. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing production-grade AI systems, measuring success through production adoption, and creating evaluation benchmarks that inform product roadmaps.

You will also be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with customers, providing them with the necessary support and guidance throughout the deployment process. Your role will require travel up to 50% to engage with clients and ensure that their needs are met effectively. You will work in a hybrid model, spending three days a week in the London office, while also having the flexibility to work remotely.
