Desirable

Experience with OpenAI's API is a plus, as is familiarity with enterprise software development. You are a proactive problem solver who enjoys tackling challenges and finding novel solutions that enhance customer experiences.

What you'll do

In this role, you will build high-impact applications and tools that accelerate OpenAI’s go-to-market efforts. You will work closely with Sales, Technical Success, and Revenue Operations teams to identify user needs and develop solutions that address them effectively. Your responsibilities will include prototyping new ideas, iterating on existing applications, and shipping production-ready software that meets the needs of our users.

You will embed with various teams to understand their workflows and leverage OpenAI’s technology to reshape customer interactions. Your work will directly influence how customers experience our technology in the field, and you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the applications you develop.

You will also engage in continuous learning and improvement, using feedback from users to refine your applications and ensure they deliver maximum value. Collaboration will be key, as you will partner with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and enhance the overall customer experience.
