Who you are

You have a strong background in growth marketing, particularly in managing email, notifications, and lifecycle initiatives. Your analytical mindset allows you to design and scale growth programs effectively, ensuring user engagement and retention are at the forefront of your strategies. You thrive in cross-functional environments, collaborating closely with engineering, product, data science, and design teams to drive impactful results. You are a proactive problem solver, always looking for innovative ways to enhance user experiences and maximize revenue potential.

You possess a deep understanding of user journeys and have experience in executing full-funnel growth strategies. Your ability to conduct rigorous analyses and run disciplined experiments enables you to make data-driven decisions that significantly impact user activation and retention. You are comfortable with rapid testing and iteration, ensuring that your campaigns are always optimized for performance.

Desirable

Experience with AI-powered workflows or familiarity with ChatGPT is a plus. You may also have a background in performance marketing, which complements your growth initiatives. A passion for technology and its potential to solve global challenges aligns with OpenAI's mission.

What you'll do

In this role, you will design, launch, and optimize global lifecycle tests and programs, focusing on email, push notifications, and in-app messaging. Your primary goal will be to drive activation, engagement, and retention across both B2C and B2B segments. You will own the growth programs end-to-end, from strategy and creative development to deployment, measurement, and iteration. Your work will involve close collaboration with various teams to ensure that all growth initiatives align with broader company objectives.

You will leverage your analytical skills to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-informed adjustments to improve outcomes. By employing a combination of surface optimizations and in-product funnel improvements, you will enhance user experiences and drive revenue growth. Your role will also involve sharing insights and best practices across teams, fostering a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement.
