Overview
Harmonic is seeking a Growth Lead to own their growth program and drive qualified sales conversations across target segments. This role requires expertise in designing and testing go-to-market strategies and building campaign playbooks.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a proven track record in growth strategy, ideally with experience in startup environments where you’ve successfully driven user acquisition and engagement. You understand the intricacies of market dynamics and can identify the right levers to pull for growth. Your analytical mindset allows you to design and test new go-to-market motions effectively, ensuring that every campaign is data-driven and results-oriented. You thrive in high-autonomy roles and are comfortable taking ownership of your projects, demonstrating a strong sense of accountability and initiative. You are a collaborative partner, able to work closely with engineering and onboarding teams to ensure seamless execution of growth initiatives.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the growth program at Harmonic, which includes setting targets, managing budgets, and analyzing results to optimize performance. You will design and test new go-to-market strategies, leveraging various activation media to reach potential customers effectively. Building repeatable campaign playbooks for product launches and feature releases will be a key responsibility, ensuring that the team can execute efficiently and consistently. You will also partner with engineering and onboarding teams to align growth initiatives with product capabilities and customer needs, ensuring a cohesive approach to market entry and expansion.
