What you'll do

As the Manager of AI Deployment Engineering, you will own the strategy and operating model of your team, ensuring alignment with OpenAI's objectives and the evolving needs of customers. You will lead the implementation journey for strategic technology and software customers, managing the entire process from initial engagement to live production applications.

Your role involves collaborating closely with Solutions Architects to drive the deployment of Generative AI applications — you will ensure seamless platform integration and provide strong technical guidance throughout the customer lifecycle. Success in this role will be measured by increased API adoption and the delivery of impactful customer stories that demonstrate the effectiveness of OpenAI's technology.

You will also be responsible for mentoring your team, fostering their professional growth, and ensuring they have the resources needed to succeed. By acting as the voice of the customer, you will align technical teams to deliver exceptional experiences and drive customer satisfaction.
