You are comfortable with workforce planning and have a keen interest in employee listening and research. Your background includes experience with machine learning operations and data applications, which you leverage to support People Analytics initiatives.
Desirable
Experience with data visualization tools and a solid understanding of database design will set you apart. Familiarity with HR metrics and analytics will enhance your ability to contribute to the team. You are proactive in seeking out new methods and technologies to improve analytics processes and outcomes.
What you'll do
