What you'll do

As a Security Engineer on the Agent Security Team, you will be at the forefront of securing OpenAI’s cutting-edge agentic AI systems. Your role will involve designing and implementing robust security frameworks, policies, and controls to safeguard OpenAI’s critical assets. You will partner closely with the Agent Infrastructure group to fortify the platforms that power OpenAI’s most advanced agentic systems. You will lead efforts to enhance safety monitoring pipelines at scale, ensuring that the deployment of agentic systems is safe and secure.

You will be responsible for developing and refining security policies that defend against the unique risks associated with agentic AI. Your work will involve continuous improvement of security measures and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure that solutions are scalable and robust. You will communicate effectively with various stakeholders to align security initiatives with organizational goals.
