Who you are
You have extensive experience in financial risk management, particularly in designing and governing internal controls over financial reporting. Your background includes working with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and operational integrity, and you excel at translating complex requirements into clear standards and expectations.
You are a strong communicator and collaborator, able to align stakeholders across various departments including Finance, Legal, and Compliance. Your ability to navigate ambiguity and drive remediation progress is key to your success in this role.
What you'll do
As a Senior Manager in Financial Risk Management, you will shape and scale the frameworks that underpin OpenAIβs SOX/ICFR program. You will work closely with operational leaders to ensure that processes are well-designed, well-documented, and audit-ready. Your role will involve driving compliance initiatives and ensuring that the organization maintains a strong financial risk posture.
