What you'll do

In this role, you will drive the design, development, and implementation of tools and systems that enhance engineering velocity. You will work closely with various teams within OpenAI to understand their workflows and challenges, ensuring that the solutions you build address their specific needs. You will leverage the latest AI tools to rethink productivity strategies and help define the vision for the Engineering Acceleration team. Your contributions will directly impact the quality of output and reduce manual effort across the organization.

You will collaborate with product engineers to lay the necessary technical foundations for new features and research capabilities. Your role will involve guiding and advising product engineering teams, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to succeed. You will also be responsible for continuously evaluating and improving the tools and systems in place, making adjustments based on user feedback and performance metrics.
