What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing the development workflows of the engineers around you. You will collaborate with various Workload teams to understand their specific needs and work with centralized teams that own different aspects of the development experience. Your focus will be on optimizing iteration speed, particularly by improving continuous integration processes. You will also drive testing strategies for specific components to enhance reliability. Your work will involve addressing the long tail of tasks necessary to build libraries and systems that delight researchers. You will engage with engineers to identify pain points in their workflows and implement solutions that streamline their processes. You will be expected to contribute to the overall improvement of the development environment at OpenAI, ensuring that engineers can work efficiently and effectively.
