What you'll do
As a Senior Support Engineer at OpenAI, you will be responsible for collaborating directly with our strategic enterprise accounts, providing them with the technical support they need to successfully implement our AI models. You will design and run operational processes to monitor customer usage and ensure a 24x7 response capability for critical issues. Your role will involve working closely with our Infrastructure and Engineering teams to address the most technically challenging problems faced by our customers.
