You have over 5 years of experience in marketing operations, with a strong focus on automation and AI implementation. You understand the intricacies of managing marketing spend and have a proven track record of optimizing processes to drive efficiency. Your technical skills enable you to build and maintain the infrastructure necessary for a high-performing marketing team.
You are adept at using various AI tools for content creation and personalization, and you have experience with platforms like Copy.ai, Jasper, and Midjourney. Your analytical mindset allows you to create automated dashboards and reporting systems that provide actionable insights for marketing campaigns.
You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that marketing operations align with overall business goals. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders is one of your key strengths.
Desirable
Experience with advanced marketing analytics and reporting tools is a plus. Familiarity with campaign management and lifecycle marketing strategies will help you excel in this role. You are always eager to learn about new technologies and methodologies that can enhance marketing effectiveness.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and training your team on AI tools that enhance content creation, ad copy, and email personalization. You will build automation workflows using tools like Zapier, Make, and n8n to streamline marketing operations and eliminate repetitive tasks. Your goal is to scale AI-powered creative testing, enabling the team to produce hundreds of ad variants each month.
You will also focus on building a robust marketing analytics and reporting infrastructure. This includes creating automated dashboards that track key performance indicators and conversion metrics. You will ensure that all systems are optimized for speed and accuracy, allowing the marketing team to operate at peak productivity.
Your role will involve collaborating with the VP of Acquisition & Lifecycle Marketing to align marketing strategies with business objectives. You will be a key player in driving the success of personalized lifecycle campaigns across the marketing funnel, ensuring that every campaign is data-driven and results-oriented.
