Job Description
Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in paid search management, leading campaigns across multiple platforms like Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. Your expertise in AI-driven search strategies allows you to push the boundaries of performance marketing, ensuring that your campaigns are not only effective but also innovative.
You possess a strong analytical mindset, enabling you to work closely with Analytics and Data Science teams to align on optimization signals and ensure clean data pipelines. Your ability to connect paid search with SEO, AEO, and Social Search demonstrates your comprehensive understanding of the digital marketing landscape.
Desirable
Experience with Performance Max campaigns and a solid understanding of asset groups, audience signals, and creative inputs will set you apart. Familiarity with building rigorous testing frameworks and structured experiments is a plus, as is your ability to pilot LLM-powered workflows for keyword expansion and ad copy ideation.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the search program end-to-end, owning account structure, campaign taxonomy, bidding strategy, and budget/pacing strategy. You will architect Performance Max campaigns and apply AI to scale performance and quality, leveraging platform AI and custom automation for various tasks.
You will design and run structured experiments, maintaining an experiment registry to codify learnings and scale successful strategies quickly. Your focus on measurement and signal elevation will drive measurable, durable growth for the company.
Collaboration is key in this role, as you will partner closely with teams across Analytics, Product, Data Science, and Finance to align on the right optimization signals and ensure that your strategies are data-driven and effective.
