OpenGov is seeking a Staff HR Technology Analyst to develop and maintain their Workday system and other HR tools. You'll support various HR functions and collaborate with multiple departments. This role requires expertise in Workday and HR technology.

Who you are

You have a strong background in HR technology, particularly with Workday, and have experience in developing and implementing HR systems that enhance employee data management. Your understanding of HR functions such as compensation, benefits, and talent management allows you to design scalable solutions that improve the employee experience. You are a collaborative partner who can work effectively across HR, Finance, IT, and Legal teams to evaluate business needs and deliver impactful solutions. You thrive in a performance-based culture and are eager to contribute ideas that drive improvement.

Desirable

Experience with other HR tools and systems is a plus, as is a background in public sector organizations. You are comfortable navigating complex HR challenges and have a proactive approach to problem-solving. Your ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders ensures that you can advocate for the needs of employees while aligning with organizational goals.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of OpenGov’s Workday system, ensuring it meets the needs of the organization. You will support a broad range of HR functions, including manager and employee self-service, payroll, and reporting. Your expertise will guide the design of solutions that enhance the collection and use of employee data for business planning and operational activities. You will partner with various departments to evaluate business needs and deliver seamless solutions that improve the employee experience. You will also play a key role in system security and compliance, ensuring that all HR tools adhere to legal and organizational standards. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of HR operations at OpenGov.
